Do I have to install software on my computer?
No: we host and manage the software on our servers.
Am I using the latest versions?
Yes: Every time you sign in you are using the latest version.
What if I do not have any times available to analyze?

What is my USS number?
The first time a swimmer is registered with USA Swim, they are assigned a 14 digit alphanumeric number (known as their USS number) which uniquely identifies them.
This number is created by using the following:
Your date of birth in the format of (MMDDYY) followed by the first 3 letters of the first name, the middle initial (or * if no middle name), and finally the first 4 letters of the last name.
Susan Q. Public born on February 18, 1992 would have the following for a USS number: 021892SUSQPUBL
=> If you have a last name less than 4 letters, a first name less than 3 letters, or no middle initial, an asterisk ( "*" ) is used for the missing letters. An asterisk may also be assigned to differentiate between two otherwise unique numbers.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No: If you are using the free version then you can quit any time. If you are a subscription member, then Acheevmo is a pay-as-you-go service. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
You don't have 24/7 tech support.
"Tech Support" means talking to the programmer of the website: With Acheevmo.com, "tech support" means "talking directly to the developers who make the software." No "level 1" layers whose true purpose is to block you. You get deep answers from the creators. Bug reports and even your feature requests go straight to the ears of those who can do something about it.
Why doesn't Acheevmo.com have all the features I want?
